I rented a house through David Reynolds letting agency and it was the best agency I could of let of. Janet was always a pleasure to deal with and any concerns I had or reported was dealt with straight away. Janet was always back with an update as soon as she could. There was one phrase Janet said to me that always stuck with me and it was while your renting with us, this is your home. Alot of renting agencys dont let you feel like this, but it made my time renting so much better. I would highly reccomend this agency to anyone looking to rent or buy a house.

David sold a rental property for me in October 2023. From the first meeting at the property everything was positive, professional and communications were excellent from David and Janet from start to finish. A professional photographer was provided as part of the package in order to showcase the property and this is well worth doing if a house is in 'show house' condition. David kept me up to date with details of viewings as well as providing feedback with the latest offers on the property. When the first buyer pulled out David was happy to start over again and contacted previous bidders but also welcomed the new interest in the property and advised me well throughout the process.
